Founded in 1976, Publication Services Inc. (PubServ) began as a high-level editorial services provider. As demand for our services increased, the Company changed focus toward full-service book production. Today’s PubServ is dedicated to providing a full range of content management and production services for a wide range of clients in the publishing industry, including copyediting, proofreading, art production, composition, project management, indexing, electronic books, and XML and database preparation, as well as interactive multimedia and product development services.

First and foremost, PubServ is dedicated to the quality of the end product that it produces for its clients. In today’s competitive world, PubServ is always looking for ways to provide customers services that are faster and less expensive, but still quality-driven. To this end, PubServ became part of the Content Matrix group in late 2006. Through Content Matrix we are able to provide our clients with a superior global platform that combines offshore resources with our onshore capabilities. CyberMedia Services, the India-based, ISO 9000 registered division of Content Matrix, combines seamlessly with Publication Services in providing clients with services such as typesetting/page composition, art rendering, file conversion, and interactive media. All offshore work is quality controlled by our Illinois-based team. Drawing on our close to 33 years of experience and substantial resources, PubServ embraces a rightshored delivery model that brings the optimal combination of onshore and offshore capabilities best suited to our clients’ needs.

Our prime location in Champaign, Illinois, located near the University of Illinois, allows us to recruit from a deep, highly educated talent pool at reasonable prices, to the benefit of our customers.
